I love this hill. It's near my house and it's fun to cross Billing's Bridge and then get onto this climb right at the start of a ride. Baron Von Tippetham pointed it out one day and the first time we explored the area was during a run.
I use it to break up getting into the greenspace in the Alta Vista corridor. There's also a left hand turn onto a bike path just on the other side of the train tracks on Pleasant Park that swings me back heading West, where I eventually find my way back to Sawmill Creek. I often take that route when running.

The climb itself isn't particularly long, but it's a steady, curves a bit and depending on the day there can be a little channel zig-zagging down it where water has washed it out a bit. Trying to surf across that can make you lose a tiny bit of momentum and increase the effort. Frankenbike currently has 2.1" MTB tires with gravel treads, so no problem there, but the bike itself weighs 36lbs, so is a bit of a tank and hard to get going when I stall. You could definitely ride a road bike with 28mm tires up this though. There's a nice grassy loop at the top to the left, with a little graveyard in it overlooking Sawmill Creek that is part of the BIllings Estate and is sort of cool to know about.
