It's mid-March. It's a bit wet and dirty out, especially with the snow melting and running out onto the streets. Plus in the back of your head, you're worried about drivers not being used to cyclists being out. So what to do? Well, one option is laps of the roads around Carleton on your gravel bike.

COVID has been a little bit of a blessing where this segment is concerned if I'm being honest. It means that Carleton has been a ghost town in general and even more so on evenings and weekends. This segment starts on a shared pathway that pedestrians use, so best to use some caution and keep your eyes peeled.
